Partners, NEPG, Accu-Met Laser and AMI Announce New Business
Formation
BOSTON,
MA; October 16, 2007 – Riverside Partners, LLC (Boston,
MA), New England Precision Grinding, Inc. (Holliston, MA),
Accu-Met Laser (Cranston, RI) and American Medical Instruments,
Inc. (Dartmouth, MA) are pleased to announce the establishment
of a new medical platform committed to serving the outsourced
manufacturing needs of medical device OEM's worldwide. The
combined entities will provide a broad spectrum of engineering,
manufacturing, assembly and value-added services to medical
OEM's who prefer total outsourcing solutions. Manufacturing
capabilities will include prototyping, components, assemblies
and finished medical devices for cardiovascular, orthopedic,
laparoscopic, endoscopic, ophthalmic and other medical applications.

new platform will enable us to become an integrated provider
capable of offering the medical community a diverse array
of specialty manufactured solutions on a highly responsive
basis, up to and including finished medical devices,”
said Gerald Mazzenga of NEPG.
